Salaries vary somewhat depending on the country in which the employees are located. Different factors are taken into consideration such as the cost of living and the average salary offered. That being said, when you do business with us, we make sure to offer salaries well above the established norms in each country involved in order to better incentivize the loyalty of our teams.  

All employee training is provided by a chosen member of your team to ensure your company knowledge and policies are transmitted in the clearest and securest way possible. However, Insta HR will ensure the implementation and maintenance of all communication channels and will remain at your disposal for any required assistance during training. Training is handled in this order to ensure that the employee meets your performance and work method requirements.  

All employees use new equipment selected in accordance to your specifications. We work with preferred local suppliers and our technicians ensure that the equipment is installed according to your expectations to ensure a smooth integration. If you do not have a technical team to install your software remotely, our technical staff will gladly handle this for you. 

Each employee goes through a rigorous screening process prior to their final interview with the client, which ensures that we get the highest possible chance of success. If, however, you are not completely satisfied after 30 days of integration, we will make sure to find a replacement for you at no additional cost.

Our accounting team takes care of distributing compensation to employees worldwide so you don’t have to worry about that part, this service is included in our rates. Employees are paid by ACH bank transfers, wire transfers, FinTech applications or mobile money.  

Your employees are paid on an hourly basis and a monthly invoice is created based on the total number of hours your employees have worked in the month. On our side, depending on where the employee is located, they will receive their salary every two weeks or once a month, depending on local standards. 

Although we like to emulate the North American standard of 40 hours per week, some employees often express a desire to work more hours, therefore, we let the client express their needs and find the ideal employee to fill them.
