Who is Insta HR?

Insta RH is the union of a collective of Canadian companies, all with backgrounds in customer service and information technology. Having experienced the negative effects of labour shortages in a similar way, we set out to give ourselves the means to achieve our ambitions by opening offices around the world, especially in places where skilled labour is available in large quantities. After many years of success, we offer you our expertise to help you maximize your results and profitability.

All our employees are located in Asia, Latin America and Africa.

Salaries vary somewhat depending on the country in which the employees are based. Various factors are taken into consideration, such as the cost of living and the average salary offered. That said, when you do business with us, we make sure to offer salaries well above the norms established in the country concerned to ensure the loyalty of our teams.

The training must be given to the employee by a member of your team. However, we make sure that communication channels are in place, and remain at your disposal throughout the training. All this is to ensure that the employee meets all your requirements in terms of performance and work methods.

Every employee uses new equipment according to your specifications. We work with preferred local suppliers, and our technicians ensure that equipment is installed according to your expectations to ensure smooth integration. If you don’t have a technical team to install your software remotely, we’ll be happy to do it for you. 

Each employee goes through a rigorous selection filter before his or her final interview with the customer, ensuring that we get the greatest possible chance of success. If, however, you’re not completely satisfied after 30 days of integration, we’ll make sure you find a replacement at no extra cost.

We pride ourselves on providing high quality working conditions that are equal to or better than anything currently available in Canada. Our code of ethics, modelled on that of leading companies and levels of government, is used wherever we operate.

Our accounting team takes care of paying employees around the world, so you don’t have to worry about this part – it’s included in our rates. Employees are paid by ACH bank transfers, wire transfers, FinTech applications or mobile money.

Your employees are paid by the hour, and a monthly invoice is created based on the total number of hours your employees have worked during the month. For our part, depending on where the employee is located, he or she will be paid bi-weekly or monthly, depending on local standards.

Although we like to copy the North American standard of 40 hours a week, some employees often express a desire to work longer hours.  As a result, we let our customers tell us what their needs are, and find the right employee to meet them.

Insta HR finds your employees by providing a safe and healthy work environment, quality equipment, human resources and payroll services.

Rates are to be discussed with the sales team according to the type of job required, number of hours, qualifications required, etc.

In the event of dissatisfaction with one of your employees, we undertake to find a replacement as quickly as possible so as not to hinder your development.

You need to react in the same way as you would to an employee working in your office space. We advocate respect and understanding, but should the situation become commonplace, we’ll support you in whatever you decide to do with that employee.

Absolutely. Even though employees are entitled to Canadian public holidays, these are mobile, allowing you to have a team working even when your Canadian-based employees are on leave.
